  • Shipping

    Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. Products ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking to any US address. First Class Mail generally takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive, but may take longer during the holidays, or due to unexpected delays caused by weather, COVID-19 staffing shortages, civil unrest or other factors. A tracking number will be provided after order processing has been completed.

  • Return Policy

    We allow returns ONLY if the product is UNOPENED. All returns must be presented within 5 days of receiving the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping/handling.  Also, there is a 20% restocking fee deducted from all unopened returned products. We will NOT accept returns if you dislike the aroma of the product and/or if it’s been opened. Please contact us ASAP if damaged or missing items, so that we can help resolve the issue. We accept all returns if it’s of our error.

    We require that you notify us before you ship your return back to us. We WILL NOT accept returns that are sent back without RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
